This soy sauce sweets shop uses soy sauce from Sawai Soy Sauce, a long-established Kyoto soy sauce maker. They offer a wide variety of sweets, including bite-sized puff pastry croissants coated in twice-aged soy sauce, and the seasonal limited edition "Chilled Mitarashi," a soft and chewy treat that uses the popular soy sauce as a secret ingredient.
