Lost item: We accept inquiries regarding lost items.

Lost child: We provide assistance for lost children and handle related inquiries.

Baby room: Baby changing stations and private nursing rooms are available. Nursing rooms are also equipped with a hot water dispenser for preparing formula.

Stroller Rental

We provide free stroller rentals for children weighing 18kg or less.

The number of units is limited.

Wheelchair rental

Wheelchairs for the physically challenged are available for free rental.

The number of units is limited.

First aid room: We have a first-aid room available for anyone who feels unwell.

Coin lockers are available for a fee.

We offer a delivery service for a fee for items purchased in UZUMASA KYOTO VILLAGE.

Various credit cards, electronic money, and QR code payments can be used to purchase admission tickets, at restaurants and shops.

QR code payment is not available at Restaurant Chanbara.

We have a first-aid room available for anyone who feels unwell.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking is prohibited throughout the park except in designated smoking areas.

SHINOBORI Sky Climbing is not included in the Unlimited Attraction Pass.
This attraction requires guests to explore the park on their own.
Some attractions may not be available to guests wearing costumes from SOU・SOU × UZUMASA KYOTO VILLAGE Clothing Rental.
Some courses are not available to guests wearing kimono.
There are areas where photography is prohibited.
Please refrain from uploading content that reveals solutions or spoilers.

UZUMASA KYOTO VILLAGE offers discounted tickets for people with disabilities and one accompanying person.
Tickets can also be purchased online.

If your child becomes lost, please notify the nearest staff member immediately. Lost children are cared for at the Information Center.
