We offer a delivery service for a fee for items purchased in the park UZUMASA KYOTO VILLAGE.

Various credit cards, electronic money, and QR code payments can be used to purchase admission ticket, at restaurants and shops.

We have a first aid room available for anyone who feels unwell.

AEDs are installed in two locations in the park. In case of an emergency, please contact a nearby staff member.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking is prohibited throughout in the park except in designated smoking areas.

- Wheelchair = You can enter with an attendant. Attendants are also charged. You may not be able to enter depending on the size due to the aisle width restriction.
- For safety reasons, the following people are not permitted to use the facility:
People under the influence of alcohol / People who are not feeling well / People dressed in period costume or cosplay / People with a weak heart or illness / People with high or low blood pressure / People who do not follow the instructions of staff - "Ninja Climbing -SHINOBORI-" is not included in unlimited attractions pass.
- There are height and weight restrictions for "Ninja Climbing -SHINOBORI-". Please see the attraction page for details.
UZUMASA KYOTO VILLAGE offers discounted tickets for people with disabilities and one accompanying person.
Tickets can also be purchased online.

Strollers are available for free rental.
