We offer a delivery service for a fee for items purchased in the park UZUMASA KYOTO VILLAGE.

Various credit cards, electronic money, and QR code payments can be used to purchase admission ticket, at restaurants and shops.

We have a first aid room available for anyone who feels unwell.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking is prohibited throughout in the park except in designated smoking areas.

- Wheelchairs = May enter if accompanied by an attendant. = An attendant will also be charged. Due to aisle width restrictions, wheelchairs may not be able to enter depending on their size.
- For safety reasons, the following people are not permitted to use the facility:
Those under the influence of alcohol / Those who are not feeling well / Those wearing authentic period costumes or cosplay / Those with a weak heart or illness / Those with high or low blood pressure / Those who do not follow the instructions of staff - "Sky Climbing Shinobito -SHINOBORI-" is not included in unlimited attractions pass.

UZUMASA KYOTO VILLAGE offers discounted tickets for people with disabilities and one accompanying person.
Tickets can also be purchased online.
