This year's summer at UZUMASA KYOTO VILLAGE will be in two parts.
A fusion of City Pop and Bon Odori (traditional Japanese folk dance).
Bon Odori dance enjoyed with music.
In the first part, guests with ties to Kyoto and
A grand gathering of Toei characters.
The second part is a Bon Odori dance where you can have fun dancing with yokai (Yokai).
In addition, the festival was a huge success with food and drinks.
So, what will you choose? "Dance with Kyoto? Or dance with Yokai?"

KYOTO BON DANCE NIGHT – Kyoto Nightlife –
Interact with guests deeply connected to Kyoto culture, such as geisha and maiko, and those from the Jidaigeki (period drama)" Shinpaimuyounosuke Tenka Gomen," and enjoy Bon Odori dancing with Toei characters like "Ojamajo Doremi," "Kamen Rider," "Precure" and "Pretty Cure." "CLUB80's," the popular regular party at Kyoto's legendary club "CLUB METRO," will be in charge of DJ sets and remixes, creating a fusion of city pop and Bon Odori music to bring the atmosphere to its peak! Let's dance together, transcending generations and borders, from Western music to Japanese pop!

A prestigious geisha house in Kyoto's geisha district
Komaya Maiko and GeikoA geisha from Komaya, a teahouse in Miyagawa-cho, one of Kyoto's five geisha districts, made a special appearance at UZUMASA KYOTO VILLAGE. Miyagawa-cho is known as a traditional geisha district that has existed since Edo period.

"Shinpaimuyounosuke Night"The main cast from "Shinpaimuyounosuke Gomen," a spin-off Jidaigeki (period drama) of the movie "Samurai Time Slipper" that was filmed at UZUMASA KYOTO VILLAGE, will be making a special appearance. Please enjoy the Bon Odori dance with them.
The Jidaigeki (period drama)" Shinpaimuyounosuke Tenka Gomen" airs on BS-TBS.

BON DANCE FESTIVAL
with HokutoIn addition to appearing in stage and film productions as an actor, he is also an expressive artist with expertise in traditional Japanese physical expression and language instruction, including sword fighting, Japanese dance, and Osaka dialect coaching. YOKAI BON DANCE NIGHT – The Nighttime Playtime of Yokai–
A new kind of Bon Odori where you dance and play with yokai Yokai. Let's dance with Yokai on a summer night, take pictures, and have a great time!
The music will be DJ sets and remixes by "CLUB80's," a popular regular party at Kyoto's legendary club "CLUB METRO," blending city pop and traditional Japanese folk dance music to create an incredible atmosphere! From Western pop to Japanese popular songs, let's dance together across generations and borders!
